this man was one smart man! you should NEVER answer questions from the police. the only reason the police want to question this man is so they can get evidence and statements from him to help put him in jail. never! never! talk to the police. they want to put you in jail. don't take my word for it. ask any lawyer who is on your side. - the webmaster

Where is Terrell Suggs?
That is the question Phoenix police are asking after the Arizona State football standout failed to meet with them Wednesday to give his version of the brawl Saturday that left one man with a broken nose.
"He apparently sent two attorneys to meet with the detectives, which does us no good," Phoenix Police Detective Tony Morales said. "Our detectives were pretty upset that he didn't show up."
Suggs, a projected first-round NFL draft choice, was involved in a melee in the parking lot at Phoenix Municipal Stadium after the Rock the Rim basketball tournament. It started with an exchange of words between Suggs' cousin and another man.
It ended with Suggs walking away bleeding from the back of the head after being struck with a metal rod, and with J.C. Cook of Mesa walking away with a broken nose. Cook said Suggs threw the first punch. Suggs said he was trying to break up a fight when he was struck from behind.
Regardless of what happened that day, police are calling Suggs "uncooperative."
"He's claiming to be a victim," Morales said. "You would think that if he was, in fact, the victim, he would have showed up."
Police said they will continue to investigate the incident.
